Output cuts of 35% is going to decrease in ArcelorMittal’s Q4 profit

According to ArcelorMittal´s forecast there will be a dramatic decline in Q4 Ebitda compared with Q3. The group had to cut production  in response to the current oversupply.
 
AM Ebitda in the current quarter is likely to be between $2.5bn and $3bn - lower than the Q3 figure of $8.6bn (!)
 
AM group would cut its production across the globe by an average of 35% in Q4. The cuts in production would accelerate global destocking, which is forecasted to be be completed by year-end. Also the demand in China seems to start in Q4.
 
Turnover was 38% higher at $35.2bn. Sales revenue for the nine months rose by a third to $103bn, although total tonnages rose by just 3.5% to 84.6mt, and operating profit was up 36.1% to $15.7bn.
