Opening production hall in Litovel

TENZO begun after successful functioning trial its regular functioning in the new production hall in Litovel.  In the first period the production hall was about 7. 000m2.  The production is equipped with the most modern technology for splitting materials – now with 8 burning machines with possibility of next expansion ( currently 5 plasma machines with output 130A to 260A, 3 burning machines with oxygen-acetylene and table size 6m x 24m) Also, air blast machine 3m wide, a very productive compressing machine (320t and 4,2m wide) and next machines to work with steel plates.

 

TENZO offers in the new production hall the following:

 

-         splitting material ( max. 20t, size 6m x 24m)

-         sand blasting ( 3m wide)

-         compressing (4,2m wide and 320t)

-         drilling, shaping

 

Product initialization provides acceleration and price reduction of steel plates supplies/welding wire for all customers in Moravia, Poland, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary and Romania.

 

With the inaguration of this production hall TENZO reinforced its position as the first of its kind in Central Europe.  Increasing its total production capacity from 2.500 – 4.000t  steel plates a month to 6.000 – 10.000t ( depending on orders.)  Thanks to its new location its able to reduce delivery terms and lower transportation costs.  TENZO’s forth production hall contributes with advantages to current and new customers with all its three product lines – steel plates, steel products and welding wire.  Next informations are prepared to be offered to you by our sales managers.
